802.11 Networks and its uses

Hi all,

Today we are going to see the intro for the application of internet working:

The 802.11 is basic networking protocol which has comes for wireless netowrks.we have categorized these  802.11 into different types as below:

Applications
802.11
802.11b
802.11g
802.11a
Frequency
2.4 GHz ISM band
2.4 GHz ISM band
2.4 GHz ISM band
5 GHz UNII bands
Spread spectrum technology
FHSS or DHSS
DSSS only
ERP-OFDM and DSSS are essential
OFDM
Rate
1997
1999
2993
1999
Data Rates
1,2 Mbps
1,2,5.5 and 11 Mbps
DSSS: 1,2,5.5 and 11 Mbps
OFDM : 6,12 and 24 Mps
PBCC: 22 and 33 Mbps
6,12, and 24 Mbps
Also supports 9,18,36,48 and 54 Mbps.

Now we will see about the 802.11d

The 802.11 defines the FHSS (frequency hopping mechanism) and its parameters varies from one country to other and hopping patterns.
we will see some of the common terms and will see more detailed about 802.11 in the next post.

 DNS - Domain name server
HTTP - Hyper text transfer protocol
ICMP- Internet common message protocol

EAP - Extensible authentication protocol
CCK - complimentary code keying
HCCA- Hybrid co-ordination function controlled access.
HCF - Hybrid co-ordination function.
ISM - Industrial, scientific and medical
IAPP- Intenet access point protocol
DFS- Dynamic frequrncy selection
TKIP - Temporary key integrity protocol
VoIP - Voice over Internet Protocol
WDS - Wireless distributon system.
MIMO -Multiple-input-multiple-output
PBCC- Packet binary convolutional coding.
VPN - virtual private network
WLAN - wireless LAN
DSSS - Direct sequence spread spectrum.
FHSS - Frequrency hopping spread spectrum.
OFDM - Orthogonal frequency division multiplexing
900 MHZ ISM band
The 900 MHz band is 26 MHz wide and spans from 1902 MHz to 928 MHZ.The band was used for the wireless networking; most wireless networking uses higher frequencies which are capable of higher throughput. The ISM 900MHz is rarely used for networking, many products such as wireless telephones and radio cards do not operate in 900 MHz  ISM band.

Wireless networking topologies :
1. Wireless wide area netowork (WWAN)
2. Wireless metropolitian area network (WMAN)
3. Wireless personal area network (WPAN)
4. Wireless local area network (WLAN)

Fashions and Apparels in Ecommerce

Hi all, Today we are going to discuss about Fashions and Apparels in Online Ecommerce websites. Survey shows the high sales in online shopping : 1. Apparels and fashion 2. Health and Beauty products 3.Travel accessories. 4.Skin care 5. Hobbies and craft 6.Mobile and accessories. 7. Imitation Jewellery These above the frist one comes into fashions and apparel, where every one knows about it. I am the ecommerce analyze and also affililator of products for the above, where we can earn according to your daily work you credit. Below these are some of my  products i can show you for apparels. 1.Womens fancy pyjama set and Night suit. 2. Kids fancy pyjama set and night suit. 3. Kids Branded shorts. The above are the products which we can affiliate the products where we can do it simply in affiliate programs.

Wireless topologies

Hi all, Today we will see about different LAN technologies, Wireless wide area network (WWAN) A WWAN covers a broad range and geographical boundaries but obviously uses a wireless medium. It accesses T-mobile,verizon and vodaphone and a variety of competing technologies to carry data by cellular technologies. Examples of these GPRS,CDMA,TDMA,and GSM. Many of them might be knowing these concepts and meaning, but my work is only for general beginners and overlay of concepts.i do the post for  the above. GPRS - General packet radio switching CDMA - Code division multiple access. TDMA - Time division multiple access. GSM - Global system for mobile communication. Data rates and bandwidth using these technologies are slow when compared to  802.11 wireless technologies. Wireless metropolitan network (WMAN) It covers the suburbs and metropolitan cities.it is associated with 802.16 standard, defines broadband wireless access and it sometimes referred as world...

Frequency bands and telecommunication

Hi all, Today we are going to see the telecommunication and its bands. you might aware of these, and of course you also think why we connect from networks to telecommunication. yes,  we have to depend both, and we want to also know about the telecommunication and its bands. We start with,    2.4 GHz ISM band The 2.4 GHz is the commonly used band used for wireless networking communications.it has 83.% wide and life from 2.40 GHz to 2.4835 GHz ISM band. This uses 2.4 GHz ISM band under the wireless networks 802.11 standard and there are three major networks in 802.11 we will see in detail about 802.11 later in next post 1. 802.11 2. 802.11b 3. 802.11 g Mostly 2.4 GHz ISM band used in microwave ovens, cordless telephones, monitors and wireless video coamera. The biggest disadvantage is the potential of tolerance, means it cannot hold the full load in normal conditions. x-axis spread spectrum signal y-axis power sinusoidal frequency - narrow and sig...
